Eyelashes - How To Cure Hair Loss and Hair Fall

Somewhere I read of what is due to shedding of eyelashes - May was a problems with the thyroid. To me often my eyelashes fall - in a 4-5-6 week. A far as I know they do not grow again, that is not reimbursed. One ophthalmologist even told me that any of the allergy. Can I have - from dust and smoke, dirt. But Allergies May you have to do with thyroid ... Anyone know more?
Eyelashes grow, but much slower! Normally you fall from time to time. On each of its happening and I think that is not a cause for concern if not noticed thinning.
