An interesting study by Dr. Robert Smart at the State University of North Carolina throws some light on this issue. This study demonstrates that the influence of estrogen on hair. It is the existence of pathways for estrogen receptors located in the center of the follicles that regulate hair growth.

Experts advise that if you enjoy sipping your hair and you have to think about whether to reduce alcohol unless you want your hair to continue to decline.
