In Autumn The Leaves Fall And The Hair Falls

Do not worry if in autumn your hair start to fall.

Autumn is the season during which changes in all organisms are the most visible. This applies to the state in which appearance is human, and perhaps most - hair. During this season the leaves of trees are not the only ones who fall off. Often there is hair loss and increased as a result of the change of seasons.
Shedding of hair during this time of year is mostly due to atmospheric changes to which hair follicles are extremely sensitive. As spring and autumn weather comes a change in the life cycle of hair. While summer is the season for their active growth, while in other annual periods of low temperatures slow the metabolism of hair follicles and they go into a resting phase. This in turn leads to increased hair loss.
Reassuring in this case is that in time the hairs go through this phase - the phase of regeneration - it reduces hair loss without any special care.
If after the end of autumn does not stop hair loss, it is best to seek specialist advice.
Besides the change of seasons, a prerequisite for hair loss - either partial or full - are mostly stress, and unbalanced diet, inappropriate cosmetics, heterogeneous diseases. Therefore, tracking the approximate number of hairs that are removed from the head daily is recommended as this autumn, and in other seasons, because it may indicate a more serious problem.
