Causes Of Hair Loss And Preventative Measures

Hair loss is extremely disturbing and pressing question, both men and women. The most common reasons for it are similar in both sexes. Early diagnosis of the problem and taking appropriate measures to address it are crucial.

Causes of hair loss can be to health or psychological basis. Some of them are:

- Hormonal abnormalities, which may be congenital or caused by other medications. In some cases these appear to be the contraceptive pill.

- The way you treat your hair daily. This includes the use of presses, machines, dryers and various kinds of cosmetics that you cause on your head.

- Taking steroids can also be fatal if you have problems with hair loss.

- Stress and tension have to factor in a large percentage of people who suffer from hair loss. Too busy and intense life can adversely affect not only hair but also your health in general.

If you notice any irregularity in your hair, such as thinning or hair loss beginnings immediately consult a specialist. Depending on the type and complexity of the problem this may be your hairdresser, dermatologist or other physician. The sooner you pay attention to your health when you noticed that something is abnormal, the easier it will cope with the situation and will enjoy better results.
